Usage instructions for chiropractors and physical therapists who use the Graston technique and for massage therapists:
Open the palm of one hand and press down on the pump one time with the other hand to dispense content into your palm, and then spread the oil over the area of the body you are going to treat. As you begin to work the targeted area with the Graston tool, the oil will provide the right amount of slickness and friction to enhance the treatment, while providing additional anti-inflammatory benefits.
For massage therapists, open the palm of one hand and press down on the pump one time with the other hand to dispense content into your palm, and then spread the oil in your hands and over the area of the body you are going to treat. As you begin to work the targeted area, some oil will absorb in your client’s skin, (and your skin, through your hands) and it will create the right amount of glide and friction so you can really get into the muscles and tendons.
Dispense on an “as needed” basis, one pump at a time, so you can determine the precise amount needed to give you the maneuverability required for your client’s treatment.
